Acceptance of Terms and Conditions of Use
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the hokibonusapk platform, including all services, features, content, and interfaces available through this site. These Terms apply to all registered users as well as visitors who access the platform without an account.
By registering an account or using our services, you explicitly confirm that you are at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or the legal age to participate in gambling activities in your jurisdiction of residence — whichever is higher. Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted only one active account on the hokibonusapk platform. Creating more than one account by a single individual — including using different identities, different phone numbers, or different devices for the purpose of holding multiple accounts simultaneously — is a violation that may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
When registering an account, users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The name, phone number, email address, and bank account or e-wallet details provided must match the user's official identity. Inconsistent information may cause delays or rejection of withdrawal requests.
Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account login information. hokibonusapk will never request a user's password through any channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately and change your password as soon as possible.
All activity occurring under your account credentials — including bets, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus claims — is considered to have been carried out by you as the account holder, unless proven otherwise through an official investigation. The platform is not responsible for losses arising from a user's failure to keep their account secure.
Payments, IDR Transactions, and Financial Terms
All transactions on the hokibonusapk platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus distributions — are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The platform does not process transactions in foreign currencies. Exchange rates do not apply, as all account balances are stored and displayed in IDR.
Users are responsible for all transfer or administrative fees charged by third-party payment providers (banks, e-wallets). The platform does not cover these fees unless explicitly stated in a specific promotion. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to change at any time and apply according to the information shown in the user's account dashboard at the time of the transaction.
Any transaction suspected of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity will be automatically frozen. hokibonusapk reserves the right to hold account balances for as long as necessary during an investigation and to report findings to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
Bonuses and rewards received by users are subject to rollover requirements and additional terms communicated at the time the bonus is issued. Submitting a withdrawal request before rollover requirements are met may result in cancellation of the bonus and an adjustment to the account balance. Users are advised to read the terms of each bonus before activating it.
Platform Usage Rules and Prohibitions
Users are prohibited from using the hokibonusapk platform for any unlawful activities, including but not limited to: fraud, manipulation of game outcomes, use of automated software (bots) to play, exploitation of technical vulnerabilities, or collusion with other users in ways that harm the platform or other users.
Using a VPN, proxy, or similar technology to conceal a user's actual location in order to circumvent geographic restrictions constitutes a violation of these Terms. Accounts detected using such methods may be suspended without prior notice.
All content available on the platform — including text, graphics, interfaces, logos, and software code — is the property of hokibonusapk or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit such content without written permission from the platform.
Users are prohibited from taking any action that may damage, overload, or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure. Attempted cyberattacks, malicious code injection, or hacking of any kind will be reported to the relevant authorities and may result in legal action.
Account Suspension and Closure
hokibonusapk reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time if there is evidence of a violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, or upon request by a competent authority. In cases where an account is closed due to a violation, any remaining balance in the account may be frozen for the duration of the investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may submit a request through customer support. Account closure will be processed once all pending transaction obligations have been settled and no verification processes are still ongoing. Any active balance remaining in the account will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the applicable terms.
Accounts that have been inactive for a certain period may be subject to an inactive account policy. Users will be notified before such a policy is applied. The platform reserves the right to review the status of inactive accounts and take action in accordance with the procedures in effect at that time.
Users whose accounts have been closed due to a violation are not permitted to create a new account. Attempting to re-register under a different identity following account closure due to a violation constitutes an additional violation and may be subject to legal proceedings.
Limitation of Liability, Third-Party Links, and Changes to Terms
hokibonusapk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform's services, including financial losses resulting from gambling activity. Users fully understand that gambling carries financial risk and participate entirely at their own risk.
The platform may display links to third-party websites for informational purposes. hokibonusapk has no control over the content of such third-party sites and is not responsible for the accuracy, security, or availability of their content. Use of third-party sites is entirely the user's responsibility.
These Terms may be updated at any time. Material changes will be announced on the platform at least 7 (seven) days before taking effect. Users are responsible for checking this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws in force in the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will be resolved through a mutually agreed mechanism, or if no agreement is reached, through the competent courts in Indonesia.
